Delivery & Refunds

Delivery method
All items are despatched using Royal Mail’s Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service (before 1pm) after dispatch, at a flat rate of £7.50. (UK only). Parcels will require a signature on delivery, please ensure someone is at your address to receive your parcel. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.

Processing times
In-Stock items: Orders received before 12pm will be shipped within 1 working day.

Pieces which need to be made will take 7-10 days depending on the complexity of the piece. This includes getting the pieces stamped with our hallmark by the London Assay office. If you require urgent delivery for a special occasion please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How your jewellery will arrive
Each item will arrive in a presentation box. Items are sent with protective packaging depending on the items size. We will take every care to ensure your jewellery is despatched with care. Where possible, we will avoid the use of plastic in our packaging.

Refunds & Exchanges
We hope that you will be happy with your pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund the cost of your pieces (excluding delivery), if they are returned unworn and in their original packaging within 10 working days. Please note, we are unable to refund postage for items returned. Please contact us to arrange your exchange or refund.

Hallmarking
All our pieces are stamped with the quality assurance marks issued by the London Assay office. This mark guarantees that each piece conforms to the legal standards of purity and fineness, as well as bearing the mark of the maker (JTHoldsworth) and the year in which it was stamped. This stamp can be a wonderful way of dating an item for a special occasion.
