Where do you ship to?
We currently deliver to the UK and Europe.

What service do you use?
UK orders are processed and despatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a next working day, tracked service which requires a signature. European orders are posted using a tracked and signed for service which takes 3 - 7 working days.

What does it cost?
£7.50, orders over £100 are free.

How long will my order take to make?
Items in stock will be processed within one day and posted for next-day delivery. All other 'made to order' items will require 10 - 12 working days for production and hallmarking. Check the product page for a note to see if the item requires making. If you require an item sooner please get in touch, we will do our best to get your order to you sooner. 


How will my jewellery arrive?
Each item will arrive in a quality protective presentation box. Each order will be boxed securely packaged for delivery.

Can I send a personalised message?
Let us know in the cart comments page, we will hand-write a note for you.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Send your gift directly to your recipient and let us take care of the wrapping too. We will send your gift wrapped in tissue and include a handwritten personalised note on your behalf (leave a message in the comment box at the checkout stage). Your box will then be gift wrapped and hand-tied ribbon with satin ribbon. 

How much does gift wrapping cost?
Our gift wrapping service is £5.00. This will be free in November and December 2020. Just add the premium gift wrapping item to your basket as normal.


We hope that you will be happy with your order, but if for any reason you wish to return your items, please notify us as soon as possible. This does not apply to earrings for hygiene reasons.

How do I get a refund?
Let us know with an email to within 7 days. Items must be returned within 10 days from when they are received. That is, unworn, in its original condition and with the original packaging. Original postage costs are not refunded. Refunds will be issued within 10 days after we received the items back, using the original payment method.

How do I ship my order back to you?
We recommend using a secure tracked delivery service to ensure items are returned to us safely. Refunds and exchanges can not be given to items lost in the post.

Who pays for the return postage?
The buyer is responsible for the return postage.

What if the item is faulty?
Please get in touch if an item is faulty. Full refunds will be issued for faulty items.
