Delivery rates

  • All deliveries are free during November and December 2022
  • Royal Mail 48 tracked with signature (arrives in 2 days) - £3.35
  • Royal Mail 24 tracked with signature (arrives the next day) - £4.90
  • Special Delivery. Guaranteed delivery next day - £7.65
  • Orders over £100 are free

How long will it take?
  • UK orders placed before 12pm are processed and despatched same day.
  • Orders placed after 12pm will be despatched the following day.
  • European orders are posted using a tracked and signed for service which takes 3 - 7 working days.

Where do you ship to?

We currently deliver to the UK and Europe.

What about 'not in stock' items?

These items can still be ordered, requiring 10 - 12 working days for production and hallmarking. Please get in touch if there is an out of stock item that you wish to order.

GIFTWRAPPING

How will my jewellery arrive?

Each item will arrive in a box. Each order will be boxed securely packaged for delivery.

Can I send a personalised message?

Let us know in the cart comments page, we will hand-write a note for you.

Sending as a gift?

Your gift will be wrapped in acid-free tissue and presented in a box. We can include a handwritten personalised note on your behalf (leave a message in the comment box at the checkout stage). 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope that you will be happy with your order, but if for any reason you wish to return your items, just send us an email and we'd be happy to refund or exchange your order. (Refunds do not apply to earrings for hygiene reasons).

How do I get a refund?

Email to jenny@jtholdsworth.com within 7 days. Items must be returned within 10 days from when they are received. That is, unworn, in its original condition and with the original packaging. Original postage costs are not refunded. Refunds will be issued within 10 days after we received the items back, using the original payment method.

How do I ship my order back to you?

We recommend using a secure tracked delivery service to ensure items are returned to us safely. Refunds and exchanges can not be given to items lost in the post.

Who pays for the return postage?

The buyer is responsible for the return postage.

What if the item is faulty?

Please get in touch if an item is faulty. Full refunds will be issued for faulty items.
